Day 5: Wrapped up this challenge with a long barefoot walk; 3090 metres around some of the reservoirs in Mount Tabor Park in Portland, Oregon. One gentleman even mentioned in passing "you've got to toughen up your feet sometime!"

After a 5 mile run, took of shoes and socks, hung them around my neck and walked the rest of the way home. It had been raining, so I got to splash through some puddles barefoot!

sometime this yr am going to try......we have a stadium close by which has a poorly maintained grass surface......will start there.....it can be done Lorain.......it is like Judo folk harden the sides of their hands......its a slow and steady process........have fun.................
