Pyramid set of renegade man makers

This challenge is to do a pyramid set of renegade manakers. Start at 15 reps and drop 2 reps each time with 1 mins rest between sets till you get to one rep.

Choose your own weight dumbbells but be careful the first 15 may feel easy but you have a long way to go.

When you complete please post what weight dumbbells you used

  2. start in press-up position and finish with dumbbells high
