This challenge is to do a pyramid set of renegade manakers. Start at 15 reps and drop 2 reps each time with 1 mins rest between sets till you get to one rep.

Choose your own weight dumbbells but be careful the first 15 may feel easy but you have a long way to go.

Russell S I think this is going to be more difficult than it sounds. If my maths is correct it is 64 reps in total and working the whole body.
