Deep fried stuff can lead to cardiovascular diseases!
So, if you can completely remove it from your food just reduce it to 2/3 or 1/2 or 1/3.
Any level which is easily achievable!
Reduce the amount of deep fried food stuffs in your diet! Challenge rules
- Reduce deep fried food to at least by 1/3rd from your diet!

“Hey I have to say it took me a long time "quit" :) any food processed fatty sugars and even though I took a lot of weight I feel like tons dropped off and light almost: P like a feather then adopt I highly recommend maybe the first month is difficult but if fall into a routine of 21 days and so you do not even want it good luck!!!!!!!!!!!”
