Natalie K Yesterday afternoon I painted my toenails a nice berry colour and then enjoyed a few pages of my book as my toenails dried! ;) Enjoyed this outside in the sun!

Jane H After dinner, an opportunity to capitalize on 2 hours to myself! Basically home alone: Alyssa (13) with her bf watching TV, so I took the opportunity to prepare my bag, clothing and supplies for tomorrow's HM, have a warm bath and just relax. Now, it is back to reality to transport older daughters from one venue to the next on a Saturday night. Then home to bed for an early rise.
Jeffrey S When your swimming there is a time when you just feel totally relaxed. I try and savor that moment every time.

Gem W What's awesome is that my relax is seriously those days I hit the gym. It is the only place where I don't think about ANYTHING except the workout. It's super great.
