Claire Boo L This will be hard, I am a bit of a "salter" when it comes to food.

Adrian K asked Title challenge?
@sonu why is this challenge simply titled nutrition? It doesnt really describe the challenge properly.
David T Oh and for tomatoes I find fresh ground black pepper works well!

I have to say....I have surprised myself too!!! Thanks for encouraging me all this time though it's very much appreciated and made a huge difference to keeping me putting one foot in front of the other!

Thank you for the compliment, you made me feel all emotional and shite!
Nice Job!! I think I will try this one today! I really want to run, but I also want to do abs. O_o Dilemma. hehe
David T Sure it takes a bit of getting used to but you really don't need to add salt to anything (well OK fish and chips needs salt and vinegar as an occasional treat). Can't remember when I last added salt to cooking or other than the occasional fish and chips a meal, certainly years ago quite possibly a couple of decades ago!

Teresa H I grew up with salt going on everything from mashed potatoes (which I only have at Thanksgiving now) to watermelon and cucumbers. It's taken years to train myself not to use it so much. Now I rarely use salt, but I do on occasion so instead of just one day a week I've been doing this a few days a week so that I am reducing my salt intake. I've found I most often feel the need to use it in tomato based soup and on eggs. To make it more difficult I've made sure to include eggs/egg whites on the days I'm completely removing salt:) Doing good so far, a little over one more week to go!

Kirstie M Not a toughie, to be honest. I don't add salt to food as a general rule anyway ;-)

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?
