OK, so you have been training on the ergo for a while now and are blitzing the 5ks and coming off the 10ks feeling quite fresh. The next challenge is to get on the ergo for an hour and keep on pulling below that magic 2 minute split. I know that some of you will happily pull 1:50 for an hour but I think we can all agree that 15k in one hour (and over 1000 calories) deserves recognition.

- Set the resistance to what you feel comfortable
- Row for one continuous hour
- Make sure you have some good music, it will be a long hour.

Robin C Ok - this is going to take a bit longer. 7,500m in 30 mins done. Latest plan is to add 10mins a week obviously adjusting for Christmas!
Robin C First attempt and the mushroom cloud appeared at 20 mins! Can only improve from here. Next attempt will be slower start and better music.

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
