Row 15k on an ergo in less than an hour

OK, so you have been training on the ergo for a while now and are blitzing the 5ks and coming off the 10ks feeling quite fresh. The next challenge is to get on the ergo for an hour and keep on pulling below that magic 2 minute split. I know that some of you will happily pull 1:50 for an hour but I think we can all agree that 15k in one hour (and over 1000 calories) deserves recognition.

Row 15k on an ergo in less than an hour Challenge rules

  1. Set the resistance to what you feel comfortable
  2. Row for one continuous hour
  3. Make sure you have some good music, it will be a long hour.
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
