I don't know what's the weather in your country.. For me it's pretty stormy here. Much worse weather than in December.. What one of my best friends (running only for getting fit to the races) said to me yesterday was: "I want to RUN, but I want to LIVE a bit more. I'm afraid that crazy Aija is running, but I hope that she doesn't get sick.." :D I guess sometimes it's better to run less if you feel you should do it. The spring will come soon (it's February already!) & then the weather will be for comfortable to run in & you will have much more will to run! :)

Thanks Aija :o) The weather has been pretty unfortunate here too, though what I find harder to cope with are the shorter days of winter. Marathon preparation seems to have doing the majority of my runs under the vail of darkness - motivation isn't easy, but I guess the trick is to make the most of the light in the weekends...roll on Spring!

Ah I hear you.. in mornings it seems too early to wake up because it's still dark, but in evenings it seems too late to run because it's already dark. :) Weekends seems much nicer because of the light even if you're having a much longer run.. :D the spring will come so soon, you even can't imagine. It's already knocking the door. :))
