Run 3 Half Marathons in a year

Get in great shape by training for an taking part in three organised half marathon events in a year.

The half marathon distance is 21.1km or 13.1 miles. Training for 3 of these events in one year will keep you running for at least 5 or 6 months out of the year. Go ahead and make plans now.

Contributorgold Kel M 3rd is offically lil longer than half ..25km ...tough gig ...legs hit wall 16km but dug deep n never have up ! Stronger for the struggle ...my bestie n speedy friend ran me in the last km ..count my self lucky have incredible friend along for this wild ride

Katy D Run 3 Half Marathons in a year Challenge

Contributorgold Katy D Diva Half Marathon in North Myrtle Beach. A great race, I highly recommend it :)
Official time 2:35.28, no PR but it was great to be running again...now to train for the Run the Rockies Half in Colorado in June :)

DIVA Half in Myrtle Beach-April 27; Rock 'N Roll Half in Virginia Beach-August 31; Hokie Half here in Blacksburg, VA Oct 12...oh wait....there is a 4th...Run the Rockies in Frisco, CO-June 7!
Now to start training :D
