If you want to improve your running, this is a good challenge for you.
Building endurance and improving your pace and running in general is all about consistency and pushing yourself. So for the next 4 weeks, stick at it, and run 3 times a week to become a better runner.

Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:
“I did this in a treadmill- to keep this challenging- start at 4.5 speed- and with every new song- increase it by .5 -- Go for a 2 mile goal. The last .5 miles gets really difficult- but it feels great when its done. I suggest having a really killer playlist to keep yourself motivated.”
