“I did this in a treadmill- to keep this challenging- start at 4.5 speed- and with every new song- increase it by .5 -- Go for a 2 mile goal. The last .5 miles gets really difficult- but it feels great when its done. I suggest having a really killer playlist to keep yourself motivated.”

Sonali M Run 3 times a week for 4 weeks Challenge

Contributorbronze Sonali M Day5 of first week and did my first run this morning. 3.0km in 30 minutes.

Not going well. Right now my goal is to just get out and be on my feet for 30-45 minutes- doesn't matter if I'm running, jogging or walking. At least I will be out there.

Today's run was more of a posture correction practice than actual run. But hopefully, this is what will help me run better and let me enjoy it rather than just clocking the time and miles.
