Melanie N Thanks for the encouragement (just figuring out how this site/community works). First week of challenge down, all good so far after coming back from a plantar fascia injury.
Makala F Ran Tues.-Thursday last week. Did two miles all three days in 23-25 minutes. Will push for three miles this week : )

Denise S week 1 day 3 (did all but the last 5 minutes of jogging of week 4, day 3 of c25k after time off due to injury)
