“I did this in a treadmill- to keep this challenging- start at 4.5 speed- and with every new song- increase it by .5 -- Go for a 2 mile goal. The last .5 miles gets really difficult- but it feels great when its done. I suggest having a really killer playlist to keep yourself motivated.”

Contributorbronze Sarah Z New to running, but felt the impulse to do so, and I am enjoying it... And I want that to last! I ran yesterday, as well, so two days this week, 2.5 miles each day. May seem little, but pretty big for me, as I have never run before. Any advice welcomed!

Shelly C in BCT we ran about 4 times a week ... walked everywhere. AIT was the same. Now that I'm home running is optional - but I still try to do a couple days. I plan on being diligent with this challenge ...
