If you want to improve your running, this is a good challenge for you.
Building endurance and improving your pace and running in general is all about consistency and pushing yourself. So for the next 4 weeks, stick at it, and run 3 times a week to become a better runner.

Crystal W week # 1 complete: I just joined this challenge, but I put in some decent running on Monday, Tuesday, and again tonight. We are supposed to get days of rain beginning this evening, so I had to get out there before it comes down.

Angie S Today is a leg recovery day for me...we are headed snowshoeing on Sat. Can I count that toward this challenge? We will be running with them on!
