To help run daily and have a fixed target of completion. It takes 21 days for any activity to be a HABIT.. hopefully if you end up running 300 km before Oct12 it will be one of them..You can have any routine as you like but I suggest one needs to also not ignore the stretching exercises... pre and post a run.. very important..All the best to all of you.... and enjoy your running !!!..

- 1. If you are having any injury do not attempt this until you fully recover.
- 2.You can add all race and practice sessions while calculating the kms

“wow did better than I thought ! with almost a week left I have roughly ran 405 km :) but it is really just 252 miles !!! lol . now i just need to figure oit how to track my runs here also :)”
