Beth M I surprised myself today with my improved speed. Since I started running regularly again a week ago, I have gained nearly 2 minutes to my mile time. I did a hiit run a few days ago, and shaved off nearly 30 seconds! Making my 5k time at 31 minutes! Soon to be consistently under 30 minutes is my next goal.

Brett B Gah ! I didnt map my run until I got home, it happened to be 4.97K and I did it in 30:22 [I walked for a minute max to ease my old hip flexor injury]. THEREFORE this run does not count, I'll have to do another to succeed here ;)
Ruth B I did this on Saturday I ran the Frehiofer run for women it was 80 out at the start of the race but I still felt good but was hot as anything and have a burn to beat the band but I did it in 34 mins. should of been 32 but I am happy with it all in all .

AAAH I did it in 35 minutes for this challenge, for the first time in my life actually, only to notice now that it says
" u n d e r " 35 min. Oh well... guess I have to train more anyway (and keep looking forward to the achievment celebration)

Oh sweet! I just noticed I did this today! This included a 1/3 mile warm-up walk and a steep hill incline in deep sand about 3/4 of the way into my run. Shoot, I'm kinda Stoked!! :)
Kelly C almost made it with the O'Hartford 5k 35.59, but did it with Sady Hook run for the famalies at 34.22!!!
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
