Brian F Great 10K run over a pretty tough Multi Terrain Course in 45.49 ( over 5 mins faster than last year!) my fastest 10k in over 10 years! Yeah I'm still buzzing! Going to rethink my race plans now and maybe run Jedburgh 10K rather than the Half Marathon as sub 45 min 10k is now within reach! Off to Glasgow to see Ultravox later and have a wee celebration dance!

Andrew M My current PB for this distance is about 47 minutes. I think sub-45 is hopefully something I can achieve with a few more months of training.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
