Like it says, run 5K (3.11 miles) in 32 minutes or less. No back dating, you have to do this AFTER you hit "Take".

Did you run that 33:15 by yourself? If so, sounds like you're capable of breaking that 32:00 mark once you're in a race situation. The group dynamics and adreneline rush often seem to take over and push you a little more than normal. Just make sure you hold back at the beginning of the race and stay on your pace. A common error is to run the first part of the race too fast and then not be able to maintain that pace. However, judging by today's time, things are looking good, buddy!
Thanks Alan! That is great encouragement. I am looking forward to it being done with my first race. It is on the 19th at 6:30 in the morning. I usually run in the evening so that might add some fun to it. I am excited over all and hope to keep my pace under control so I dont burn out.

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?
OK, I'll keep working at it!Loading
