It doesn't say organized so I take this to mean a training run or an organized race will satisfy the requirements for this challenge.

Thank you Davide! Yes it is literally "a pain"!! Definitely no running tomorrow going up and down the stairs hurts at the moment ;/ Back to the elipptical/rower lol!

Paul W Wahoo! I ran a 5k today in 28:55! My best time yet. My first mile was 8:57 which was my fastest 1 mile time also. Great way to end my running this week.
