Ramses Amadeus B i never though i would achieve this, is half the time i once did, and i really pushed myself
James B 22.01 as the second half of a 10k PB on Wednesday...but could only manage 22.37 as a 5k last night. Must try harder!!!
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
