I literally feel like I have conquered the world managing this one! haha! Previous PB was 27:28 and I was thinking "2 and a half minutes faster ... I won't be able to do that!" - Took some time off running the 5k+ distances and done short 2km runs working on pace and have obviously adjusted to feeling comfortable at a faster pace now because this felt natural to me. So happy to have finally completed this challenge! Is there any better feeling than reaching a long time goal?!!?

Kath I This challenge is driving me mad! 27:44 today - really really going for it! Been stuck around this time for weeks now. Not giving up though.
Diane G Ok, yesterday I went for a easy run to relax from a 10k 2 days ago. It was a hilly course but I felt good and I ended up running 4K in 22mins 30secs, this has got me ready in my mind to really go for this challenge this week but I know it will be painful LOL. Watch this space.
