“I haven't been out running much since the spring. But I started ultimate Frisbee a couple nights a week this summer. So I still got in my cardio. I went for a few 5k runs last week and I was between 30-32 minutes each time. I was so surprised and elated. ”

Miss L Off to try it now. Really not a good runner. Will be on the treadmill although there's a beautiful lake nearby, but the area there is overcrowded with pro runners now. Need to build myself a little bit of cardio fitness at the gym in the next weeks before I take it outside, otherwise people outside will look at me and offer first aid, lol my heart rate and out of breathness even while 'running' very slowly are ridiculous. Want some irony? I'm a bodybuilder! :-D
Tracy W I ran Rumpshaker 5K (3/30/13) in 43:41 (14:05/mi pace) - WOO! WOO! My best 5K this year so far!
