This challenge is to motivate you to get out there on the streets or treadmill, and put the miles in to improve your running stamina - and then to maintain it for 4 weeks in a row!
Challenge is to cumulatively clock up a distance of 42.195km each week (Monday to Sunday) for 4 weeks in a row. You can do it however you like - lots of 5km runs, 4 x 10ks or so, maybe 2 half marathons - what ever you feel like or fits into your schedule that week. But remember - you need to hit the 42.195 km during the week to qualify!
You complete the challenge when you have done it 4 weeks in a row!

“Almost did not make the cut...some how I was really busy for the last week and had to do a long run and a short run today.... week 1 42.07 miles week 2 37.20 miles week 3 34.35 miles and the dreaded week 4 27.87 miles DONE!!DONE!!!DONE!!!”

Fail this week ..due to massive weight sesh leg day new personal trainer ..struggled to walk 2 days :-/
Dorcas H Only 19.14km into my final week (ends Sunday), but getting pain in my right knee. I'll be very upset if I have to start this challenge again :(
