Run a marathon distance (42.195km) per week for 4 weeks

This challenge is to motivate you to get out there on the streets or treadmill, and put the miles in to improve your running stamina - and then to maintain it for 4 weeks in a row!
Challenge is to cumulatively clock up a distance of 42.195km each week (Monday to Sunday) for 4 weeks in a row. You can do it however you like - lots of 5km runs, 4 x 10ks or so, maybe 2 half marathons - what ever you feel like or fits into your schedule that week. But remember - you need to hit the 42.195 km during the week to qualify!
You complete the challenge when you have done it 4 weeks in a row!
