Crissy D Second time to run this week and I had to stop 3 times :( hope to get it on Friday!
If you are new to running its common to get tired and out of breath when you run. To build endurance in your running as a beginner, aim to increase the time you can run without stopping or walking as a break.
The target for this challenge is to run for 30 minutes without walking or stopping to take a break.

Crissy D Wow, I just did the 1st 30 minutes and I wanted to give up so bad! I covered the time display with a towel and barely made it through. Does everyone here try to have a rest day in between the run days? I would like to know your ways!
Jayne M I think I've got up to about 15 minutes without stopping. So I join this challenge to try and get to 30 without stopping
Bassel S I'am going to kill this challenge now .... i am heading to run in a 650 m track .... i'll try to run as much as possible in 30 mins ..... today is the day :)) c ya
Ris S 5.4 miles took 42:38 and NO STOPPING!!!! Very chuffed with that, particularly as I went up 2 steep hills by Clifton Suspension Bridge!!! :-)
Ron G This was one of my hurdles, but I was able to clear even as I forces myself while on an uphill portion with over a minutes remaining.
Yolisa N Woot! Finally did this! Spent 40 minutes on a treadmilll running non stop. Kind of ironic since I dont like training indoors. But its winter and #teamskinny needs to push on
Aziz . encouraged this.
Katy D Thought I was just going to post that I made it only 21 minutes, which was at the end of mile 2. As I continued my run I realized I had indeed went for 30 minutes without stopping and added 3 more miles. My total run was 9.26 :)
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
