Run for 30 mins without walking to improve your endurance

If you are new to running its common to get tired and out of breath when you run. To build endurance in your running as a beginner, aim to increase the time you can run without stopping or walking as a break.

The target for this challenge is to run for 30 minutes without walking or stopping to take a break.

From your profile I'm sure you're able to do 30 minutes, just go very slowly. When you first start, it's the time you spend running that matters. Indeed, I can't see any problem with running on the spot for this challenge!
