If you are new to running its common to get tired and out of breath when you run. To build endurance in your running as a beginner, aim to increase the time you can run without stopping or walking as a break.
The target for this challenge is to run for 30 minutes without walking or stopping to take a break.

Beka W I did it! Yesterday afternoon, with some encouragement, I ran for 30 minutes straight! I've never been able to do it before! Man, does it feel good!
Musicool W Ran 2x 30 mins today. The first lot went faster. Then I had to have a water break and rest and then run the second 30 mins slower. I enjoyed it though and it gave me a definite target, each lot of 30mins to aim at.

Ana Katrina D ran 30 minutes straight, finally! set it slow, though: 7.7kph for the first 26 minutes then ramped it up to 8kph for the last 4. seeing as I'm not an endurance runner, *tears of joy* :D
Eleri E i ran today 31.23min, when i stopped some minutes and when starting running back. I'm glad myself that i did it without walking

Jayne A I ran this morning for 20 minutes and then did my speed walk at 4.5 mph to finish out the 2 miles. Working on the 30 minutes of running but I'm getting better! I was able to increase my speed on the run from 4.5 to 4.7 so progress!
Crissy D Wow, I just did the 1st 30 minutes and I wanted to give up so bad! I covered the time display with a towel and barely made it through. Does everyone here try to have a rest day in between the run days? I would like to know your ways!
