If you are new to running its common to get tired and out of breath when you run. To build endurance in your running as a beginner, aim to increase the time you can run without stopping or walking as a break.
The target for this challenge is to run for 30 minutes without walking or stopping to take a break.

All of the above are very true and I would add the old psychological bit. The first time is a challenge, and we will always expect the next time to be easier. We forget that the "novelty factor" of the "first time" g...

However difficult it was, you completed it, so well done for that. life seems easier on some days than others, running and exercise is no different, even if all other varIables remain constant
I agree there are a lot of factors involved. Some days will simply be harder than others.
It can be for many different reasons. Tiredness, what you've eaten, whether your muscles are tight and if you've stretched etc. There are many factors that can influence this.

Alex D Done on Friday night at my 5k race for the first time since my accident I didn't walk during a 5k run, not even for the few seconds I was down to. Woohoo!!
Derek S I did this today whilst taking an outdoor fitness class in the pouring rain. There was 7 of us in the class and we all completed.
