In the middle of July I could barely run for 12 minutes. Today I did run for 45 minutes. I ran every 2-3 days for various distances, in the beginning 2-3 km, then 3.5-4, and so on, and so on... I did some other sport...

Karin S Today I ran for the first time for almost an hour, but needed minor stops for climing over branches and deciding which way to go, so will keep the challenge open until I really ran 45 min in one go.

It depents on where you start from....I took shorter challenges before this one, so for me it only took a few weeks.

Not only did I run for 45 mins without stopping which I might nearly killed me hahahahaha but I broke my personal best for this particular route, I did it in 51.09 which it is usually 55. somthing and also broke my time for 5k in under 30 mins and did it in 28. 56 I am so pleased with myself yayyyyyyyyyyyy

Just go at a pace suitable for yourself. You can even just jog if you have to. The point is to build up your endurance. Push yourself.

You build yourself up step by step. Run until you can't run any more, then walk for a while until you feel you can run again. Keep going for 45 minutes. You'll notice for each time that you can run a little further....
Mary V V I ran/walk for 45mins today. I can only run for about 15-20mins without stopping. Hope to get better!
