“45 mins with no stopping/walking. I only ran 3.37 km. No idea how you can run 5k in under 30 mins. I would have to be sprinting the whole way. Perhaps its the curse of having short legs?”

As I have no clue how far I am actually running, who knows. Smile. Currently aiming at 6k in the corporate run mid September.


Well I can walk 5k in 45mins, so I'd say there's a good chance you're running 6k or more already :o)

Stattogold Allyballydoodlealltheday H logged 6.98 km of Running in 0:51:09
Not only did I run for 45 mins without stopping which I might nearly killed me hahahahaha but I broke my personal best for this particular route, I did it in 51.09 which it is usually 55. somthing and also broke my time for 5k in under 30 mins and did it in 28. 56 I am so pleased with myself yayyyyyyyyyyyy

Thanks Karin I really did enjoy it, I love running but haven't done very much in the last couple of weeks as I am trying to build my leg and core strength to power me up for running a half Marathon
