Go for a run on your usual route, except run like you're trying to shake the coyote off your tail...in other words, double back, run backwards, duck behind a tree or other obstacle, take a detour, side-road or other journey off your beaten path.

- Run your usual route, whatever the distance.
- Make some detours, double-backs, hide-behinds, slalom (safely)...backwards...whatvever it takes to get that hungry predator off your tail!
- Have fun!!
