Run Like the Coyote is After You!

Go for a run on your usual route, except run like you're trying to shake the coyote off your tail...in other words, double back, run backwards, duck behind a tree or other obstacle, take a detour, side-road or other journey off your beaten path.

Run Like the Coyote is After You! Challenge rules

  1. Run your usual route, whatever the distance.
  2. Make some detours, double-backs, hide-behinds, slalom (safely)...backwards...whatvever it takes to get that hungry predator off your tail!
  3. Have fun!!
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
