Club run -Yate Rocks -should meet this challenge -6.5. miles .Good run with hills and mixed pace. Wearing new trainers and with the new gel heel inserts no soreness after running them in twice before (7mile in total) so bedding in nicely before I wear them in my first half in 4 weeks today ...bring it on...xTT
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
