Running a 1mile is an excellent goal for new runners, and a great entry point distance into what can seem like a daunting sport.
Start increasing the amount of time you're running for, building up to the full distance. Good luck!

Denise S finally did this outside. I'm able to do it on a treadmill, but I tend to run faster outside and something about doing it outside makes it more important.

Tina K First run in ages, made the distance, but not all running. Not giving up though, will make it for sure!
