Terri B I have a 1.5 mile park loop that I run weekly. I usually do 2 to 3 loops. Thankfully, it's a beautiful loop and I rarely get bored with it.
Find a circular route and run it for at least a half an hour. If you can, post it via your GPS/mapping app. If not, we'll take your word for it.

Nikki R I just keep imagining people out there running loops around a lamppost somewhere for half an hour. ;) Still need to find a good circle loop to do.
Sharon J I am running GPS free for a year so I can't map the route out, however I live in a compound called Nichada Thani in Bangkok and the only running route here is a circle around the community :)
Carol Ann B encouraged this.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
