This challenge aims to help you increase your running milage over 5 days. This is how the running ladder works: Day one, run a minimum of 2km. Day two, double what you did on day one. Day three, day two milage plus day one. Day four, day three milage plus day one. Day five, day four milage plus day one. If doing 2km: Day 1 = 2km, day 2 = 4km, day 3 = 6km, day 4 = 8km, day 5 = 10km.
Running Ladder Challenge rules
- NO BACKSIES! You may only log km run after you have taken this challenge
- This does not have to be done on consecutive days, but must be 5 different days.
- Post your milage as you progress and when you have completed day five and posted, then you can complete the challenge.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
