Do this with a medicine ball or other weight between 3–10kg. Sit on the ground with your feet on the floor. Rotate to either side, alternating left and right with a fluid, controlled movement without stopping in the middle.As you progress, try the same routine with your feet lifted off the floor
Caution: Anyone with a back problem shouldn't do this exercise.

- Lift your legs up and tilt back onto the sitting bones so you remain balanced.
- Rotate 45 degrees to the left, then to the right - the ball should NOT touch the ground .

“Tried it with my feet off the ground. Only got about two before I realized there was no way I'd get to 25 that way. So 25 each side with feet on the ground it was. Odd feeling just the obliques getting a pump.”
