Fay K day 5 :)
As well as reaching for junk food when tired, my other bad habit is 'secret eating'. Not to the extent where I'm eating 700 secret calories a day, but they are calories I don't really want or need! So this also needs to stop. Let's hope these two weeks help to break my habit!
Say no to Secret Eating - two week challenge Challenge rules
- When cooking dinner - no picking before the meal!
- No picking at leftovers - you just ate, you don't need it!
- No stealing food from other people's plates
- Keep a 'secret eating' diary if it helps so you can see exactly how often you do it - I will be!

Thank you so much for sharing this lovely! I am so glad you have recovered as no-one deserves to live with something like that. It really does help to think of it as just one day, one meal at a time. Such a shame that particularly young girls...

Gem W 7, 8, & 9 / 14 - Definitely not secretly eating... in that matter, not eating much at all. O_o I always get this way when I travel. No idea why. But hopefully I'll be home soon and won't worry about it anymore.
Gem W 4/14 - I have hardly been eating, so at random points during my day I get crazy hungry, but then when I get the food in front of me, I have to force myself to eat it. O_o So, the secret part isn't as big of an issue lately, it's more keeping track of the snacking and the fact that I NEED to eat... O_o
Gem W 3/14 - Actually didn't snack at all today. Still a little difficult, but each time I felt like eating, I realized I had about an hour til a meal, so I held out. Hopefully I can keep that up!! :)
Gem W 2/14 - Only got up to snack when I was hungry, or felt hungry. But made an effort to do it "in public" because I was hungry, not because I wanted a fatty snack and was ashamed. ;)
