Say no to soft drinks (carbonated sweetened or unsweetened drinks) for one complete month.
Cold drinks add lot of sugar to the body without having any nutritional value.
It depletes body of precious calcium reserve, can lead to osteoporosis.
It has very bad effects on digestion.
and there are so many things to say about it.
Why can't we replace our soft drink with just plane water?
Say No To Soft Drinks! Challenge rules
- Do not consume soft drink for a month.
- Encourage people not ot consume soft drinks.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Asking for a glass of water can be hard but should never be treated as odd, strange, or wrong. Stick to your guns and go for the water!!!”

Laura S The last time I checked in on this challenge was 8 days ago when I was at 27/30. Have not had one drop of soda in the last 8 days so I guess this challenge is complete!
Laura S 25/30 - In one of my dreams last night I was drinking a soda and then realized that I'd have to start this challenge all over! In reality only 5 more days so there is no way that is going to happen.
Laura S 15 - 24/30 done. Find myself wanting to take "just a sip" of hubby's soda, but so far have managed to just say no :)
