- Pick any distance but preferably it should be your main distance.
- There is no time limit for this challenge.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:
“i ran the boilermaker this year 17 mins faster then i did last year !!!!!!!! in 2013 i ran it in 1 hr 53 mins and this year 2014 i ran it in 1hr 36 mins !!!!!”

Lara V did one of my usual rounds of running, but felt so good today that I did it faster than usual and were even able to include some sprints. felt great!
Denise S Wanted to complete a 5k in under 44 minutes and did it today in 42 minutes and 24 seconds during a virtual 5k race.

Tina A 20km lake cycle - my local triathlon route. Dashed around it today in 44 mins. Previous time = 46 mins.New PB and something to beat. Would like to get this down to 40-42 mins. It is a hilly route.
Vincent R Unexpected PB while running a Half Marathon today on a warm & sunny day. Ran a 10K time of 41:28, an improvement of 32 seconds! In fairness, I probably shouldn't have set off that quickly though - HM time was 5 minutes off my best...
Rush F I haven't run a 5k since high school (2005). I am trying to set a personal best, and I am about 4:30 away as of now. I've got my work cut out for me. 23:30 in my last timed training run, and shooting for 19:00.

Elisa V Just finished a 5k race in my best race time of 0:36:30, after being off my feet with an ankle injury. Very happy to start the new year this way :-D Now I would like to do a 10k in 1:10:00 (current personal best is 1:14:23)
Aga D managed 28 min!!! Now it's time for new PB! Thinking about 10k now, best so far 58min and Im looking for 55 and less.
Brad N Phew, finally set a new PB at park run today, sliced 15 seconds off my old best set nearly a year ago, so I think I can say I am back from my mid year hamstring injury now lol
Dave W Still not managed a no-stop 3km, but I did no 11km in intervals today, most of which was running, with walking.

2. Complete a 3km run - 1.737km so far ***
3. Run a 5 minute km ! - 4:00 DONE !
