Seven Day Stair Run Challenge rules

  1. Going up the stairs and then down the stair is counted as one, so do this 7 times to complete a day's effort. You can choose to do this all at once or spread it out through the day, depending on your fitness level and mobility.
  2. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
