Seven Day Stair Run Challenge rules
- Going up the stairs and then down the stair is counted as one, so do this 7 times to complete a day's effort. You can choose to do this all at once or spread it out through the day, depending on your fitness level and mobility.
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
