This Challenge is designed to improve your muscular endurance in your legs and core. By using your bodyweight as resistance you'll feel the benefit in your glutes, lower abs, lower back, quads, hamstrings and calves - all in all you'll have sexy legs!

Contributorbronze Sarah Z Phew! I am glad I was able to complete this challenge without my knee giving me grief! Hurray! Yes, definitely cut reps in half if it's been a while. Also, and I had to be reminded of this: Make sure you are doing a proper squat. My sister, a sports medicine doctor, chastised my form! Rock on!
