Sarah Z Phew! I am glad I was able to complete this challenge without my knee giving me grief! Hurray! Yes, definitely cut reps in half if it's been a while. Also, and I had to be reminded of this: Make sure you are doing a proper squat. My sister, a sports medicine doctor, chastised my form! Rock on!
This Challenge is designed to improve your muscular endurance in your legs and core. By using your bodyweight as resistance you'll feel the benefit in your glutes, lower abs, lower back, quads, hamstrings and calves - all in all you'll have sexy legs!

Sue A 4/7 day 3 with my 3 girls doing the routine too, the jacking jacks are hilarious, and my 5 year old got a chair to sit on for the wall squat today and said it was easy - too funny

Not really. There is nothing worse than a guy sporting big guns and pecs while standing on chicken legs. However a lot of these so called 'sexy leg workouts' here are non weight loaded so they're hardly going to buil...
I like to think my legs are my best feature! ;-)
I think if this is not "challenging" for you then don't take it. If you want to than do. There is not need to critique the validity of the challenge.
Men can't show any leg when "dressed up", while women can show plenty. Men's shorts have become so long for so many years that even guys my age think it's comical when we see old photos or clips of basketball greats f...
We women do tend to accentuate the legs. We wear skirts & dresses, our shorts are a lot shorter, our swimwear shows off the whole length of our legs. I'm not complaining. I love showing off my legs & I freely adm...
My boyfriend is slender-built like I am. I think he has very nice legs. I also really like how he started going barefoot with me after we started getting serious.
Because that is a warm up not a challenge! haha. Why should I give that much time to this work out when I can do pistol squats and weighted squats and calf raises. And for endurance I prefer to get on my bike and peda...
Nope not at all. It's just not really a very clever workout. I got my sexy legs by working hard under the bar to increase my back squat.
I agree there is nothing worse than someone that looks like Johnny Bravo. I have bigger legs so to me men with tiny legs is just hilarious. In fact I was admiring the legs of a coach at state, toned and healthy is the...
I don't ignore men's legs either, thighs and calves, but not bulky. I especially like seeing the "heart" in a calf :-)
Ok, I got the calves. I'll work on the quads though.
Nope. I totally judge you on if you work your legs. Nothing worse than seeing nice broad shoulders and then getting down to seeing legs smaller than my own. ;)

Ok, I'll keep working on them then. I wouldn't want to bother if it all went to waste! Mine will never be long and lean no matter what, but I'll still keep working!
Not me, I love toned, lean, sexy legs, either gender!
Ok, maybe it's pelvis and above to be technical. But do men and women alike really ignore male legs?
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
