This Challenge is designed to improve your muscular endurance in your legs and core. By using your bodyweight as resistance you'll feel the benefit in your glutes, lower abs, lower back, quads, hamstrings and calves - all in all you'll have sexy legs!

Sarah Z Phew! I am glad I was able to complete this challenge without my knee giving me grief! Hurray! Yes, definitely cut reps in half if it's been a while. Also, and I had to be reminded of this: Make sure you are doing a proper squat. My sister, a sports medicine doctor, chastised my form! Rock on!

Sue A 4/7 day 3 with my 3 girls doing the routine too, the jacking jacks are hilarious, and my 5 year old got a chair to sit on for the wall squat today and said it was easy - too funny

Not really. There is nothing worse than a guy sporting big guns and pecs while standing on chicken legs. However a lot of these so called 'sexy leg workouts' here are non weight loaded so they're hardly going to buil...

I think if this is not "challenging" for you then don't take it. If you want to than do. There is not need to critique the validity of the challenge.

Nope not at all. It's just not really a very clever workout. I got my sexy legs by working hard under the bar to increase my back squat.

I don't ignore men's legs either, thighs and calves, but not bulky. I especially like seeing the "heart" in a calf :-)

Nope. I totally judge you on if you work your legs. Nothing worse than seeing nice broad shoulders and then getting down to seeing legs smaller than my own. ;)
