This Challenge is designed to improve your muscular endurance in your legs and core. By using your bodyweight as resistance you'll feel the benefit in your glutes, lower abs, lower back, quads, hamstrings and calves - all in all you'll have sexy legs!

Have done this challenge once before and it hurt like CRAZY! Pulled through but had to pause a few times on the wall squats and the jumping jacks.. This time less pauses.. Will have to master that wall squat! I feel the burn along my legs and it lasted for 3 days but it's worth it! Gonna take this challenge as often as I can!

Alyson B I wanted to give up so bad after the first set of wall squats, but I didn't! I finished the whole circuit. I will continue to do this until I reach my sexy legs!

Good for you..We all need to get better and knowing we are beautiful now :-) If we believe this we wont stress as much when we are improving and improvements will be better then :-)
