The side plank can be a great exercise for improving stability and strength in the obliques and abdominals, and is particularly useful for sports that require rotational movements. Make side planking a part of your daily routine for a week to get into the habit and improve your form.

Maria B Day 1/7 . I usually do the sideplank and other variants of the plank as a part of my workout routines but today I rest from training. But a minute of sideplank, shall be done right now!
