Found it tough going from the plank to the left side plank, my left side is a bit weaker

Hold side plank for 30 seconds move into plank position and hold for 1 minute move onto the other side into side plank and hold for 30 seconds.

That's what I get for not paying attention, just did three 1-minute planks instead of 30-1-30! Oh well, a little extra effort never hurt!
