Hold side plank for 30 seconds move into plank position and hold for 1 minute move onto the other side into side plank and hold for 30 seconds.

Samanta P Done. Was a challenge going from the side plank to plank and keeping it for the minute. Have to try to do it more often.
Tony P I did this 1 min each plank; Not fun! I think I should maybe do it one more time this week at least, before I consider it completed.
Maria C Starting from the side wasn't a problem, transitioning to straight for a minute was. I usually do it the other way around, but I did it!
