Get yourself to bed early set an alarm give your self at least 30 mins to nod off and try to sleep at least 9 straight hrs!

Karen F This is a challenge?? Fantastic! I'd love to sleep for 9 hours! I'll try this for tomorrow night...I've got an early ride in the morning, and the Tour is on so definitely not tonight :)

Dave W I've always struggled to sleep for long lengths of time, but have been managing this lately with the aid of exercise, yoga and meditation. Slept over 9 hours last night. (I've been told about ZMA but HMB seems to be helping me sleep?)

Claire Boo L Managed to complete this challenge, thanks to my fabulous Auntie and Uncle whisking my Mum away to their house to look after her for two nights. After nearly 2 months of midnight bedtimes and 5.30am starts.... I loved this lie in.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
