Dave W Day 14 - Small portion of steak pie, beans and salad - no chips, no snacks other than a banana with my whey shake ;-) Challenge complete, but will keep the "moderation" going ;-)
Try and put aside 2 weeks where you reduce the portions of every desert, sweets, fatty food, alcohol, sugary drink, etc. that you eat in a typical day. No need to deprive yourself of anything just eat less of it. It can be one less biscuit with your coffee or a smaller portion of chips with your meal.

Dave W Day 10 - No treats to speak of ! Keeping on the healthy brekkie and no snacks during the day.
Dave W Day 7 - Another good day ! No guilty pleasures, other than 1 (ONE) jelly bean !! Now that's willpower ! ;-)
Dave W Day 6 - Well, it's been a big day on the food front today, but no guilty pleasures ! No snacks, avoided the Sunday fry up, no beers, less than 25% of my calories were fat. I'm quite pleased with myself !!
Dave W Day 5 (Friday) - No snacks, 2 alcoholic beverages, and no Friday takeaway
Day 6 (Saturday) - No Snacks, no alcohol, healthy food and just a sprinkle of brown sugar on my Shredded Wheat ;-)
Dave W Day 4 - Resisted a bacon butty and 2nd coffee when offered one this morning - Had Shredded wheat and a detox tea instead. No Potato wedges with lunch and still no alcohol ! Had a bit of a chocolate Santa left over from Xmas as a small treat ;-)
Dave W Day 3 - Healthy breakfast (No Bacon Butties), Resisted Potato wedges with lunch and no alcohol ;-)
Dave W Day 2 - (Again) No Snacks, no alcohol, Shredded wheat for breakfast, only 1 coffee today, plenty of herbal tea ;-)
Dave W Started off the day well, with a "beefed up" Bacon n' Egg.
Big D version was a pork steak, 3 fried eggs, mushrooms and Tomato - This kind of behaviour will stop on Monday ;-)

Less alcohol - been doing this for 3 weeks, but this challenge will keep me at it.
Less Eating out Lunches - all starts from Monday 20/01/13 !!

Luke A Haven't had any desert,choc,sweets,cooldrink,chips or anything that sweet this past week.
The only thing I've had has been Bran Rusks.
