The classic 300 workout made famous from the film '300' - weights converted to kgs for ease

25 pullups
50 deadlift @ 60kg
50 pressups
50 24" box jumps
50 floorwipers
50 clean and press @ 16kg kettlebell - 25 each arm
25 pullups

Spartan 300 Challenge rules

  1. Try to maintain great 'tekkers' throughout
  2. Complete as quickly as possible. Time yourself from moment you start to the moment you finish - no stopping watch if you decide to rest between sets.
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

Kyle F My best time so far is 27mins dead. Andrew Pleavin, cast member from 300, completed the workout in 18 minutes, 11 seconds. Now there is a target to work towards!!
