50 24" box jumps
50 clean and press @ 16kg kettlebell - 25 each arm

Kyle F My best time so far is 27mins dead. Andrew Pleavin, cast member from 300, completed the workout in 18 minutes, 11 seconds. Now there is a target to work towards!!
