Ian C averaged out at 102rpm over the hour...33.21km covered. 606 calories burnt!
This is a relatively simple challenge to take in your next spin class: the objective is not to drop below 100 rpm at any point in the session. Ideally you'll keep this up for an hour, but even if it's 45 minutes you'll find it tough.
Spinning over 100 RPM for 1 hour Challenge rules
- Your RPM must not dip below 100 RPM at any point. If it does, you've failed the challenge.
- You must maintain the difficulty level of the class - e.g. if the resistance increases, keep the pace!
- Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
