no problem Laura I misinterpreted you post then. I quit the challenge eventually as my best was 1:37: 47 about 20 years ago and I never read the challenge properly when I joined it.

Hey Laura, I had no answer prior to your comment so I eventually quit the challenge. as you say, it is virtually impossible unless you are an elite athlete
