The Squat and Crunch Challenge is a great fullbody workout that will make your core muscles stronger and you really feel the burn. Do 20 crunches, 30 squats, 40 crunches, 50 squats, 60 crunches, 70 squats and finally 80 crunches. #challengeyourself Good luck!!!
