Cy S I got this one! I'm trying so hard to give it to others and have learned how contagious positive thinking can be! Sometimes people just need a boost and a reminder that it really is going to be ok and that happiness can be a choice if you want it to be!!!! :)
Give up your self-defeating self-talk. Oh my. How many people are hurting themselves because of their negative, polluted and repetitive self-defeating mindset? Don’t believe everything that your mind is telling you – especially if it’s negative and self-defeating. You are better than that.

Gem W I am really struggling with this ever since I hurt my back and can't workout like I use to. I am terrified to lose the progress I have made so far and have been going to the gym with baby steps. My co-workers keep telling me that I shouldn't do ANYTHING, but it is REALLY hard. So, I really need this right now.
Archie H ** My wife and I are incorporating this in every thing we do. What's nice about it is it's contagious. The people at my work are noticing, and it's really helping them. Life is too short to be grumpy. Plus there is so much to be thankful for. For instance, I've got heat and warmth inside while it's blowing and raining outside: so thankful for the shelter *-)'
