This is a continuation of Step 5: 10000 Steps in a Day (STEP 5: 10000 Steps in a Day).

Yes, I know. 10000 steps is somehow difficult. This means that you have to make an effort to really add steps to your daily routine. It's no longer enough to count leisurely walks and walks while doing chores. Walk around your community for a few kilometers.

STEP 6: 10000 Steps a Day for 7 Days Challenge rules

  1. Walk 10000 steps per day for the next 7 days.
  2. Have fun. I suggest you bring a friend or your dog.
  3. Do not skip days. You may consider Step 5 as day 1 if you are doing this challenge immediately after the Step 5: 10000 Steps a Day Challenge.
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
