The challenge is to stop you from getting so lazy in the evenings, the aim of the challenge is everytime there is an ad break on telly you have to at least do a 1 minute plank. So, through out your evening everytime an ad comes on you have to plank! This is great for getting rid of that lazy couch potato feeling. We think you should try this challenge for a whole week of your TV intake!

John T Went to my local gym last night and did a great workout on chest and triceps i cant believe how quickly my strength has built up again and am back on my bike too putting in the miles!
