STOP BEING A COUCH POTATO!

The challenge is to stop you from getting so lazy in the evenings, the aim of the challenge is everytime there is an ad break on telly you have to at least do a 1 minute plank. So, through out your evening everytime an ad comes on you have to plank! This is great for getting rid of that lazy couch potato feeling. We think you should try this challenge for a whole week of your TV intake!

  1. You have to do it EVERY ad break!
  2. have to do it for a minute!
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.

No tv commercials today- watched a movie instead. Assuming there are 18 commercial mins/hour, I made an honest effort to do (18) 30 second planks during the movie... 2/7!
