Alyona T I make this challenge a focus for the next two weeks, not just for after workouts, but through out my day. Sometimes there is much sitting at work and I want to take time at lunch and other times thru out the day to stretch. I want to develop a regular stretching routine that I do thru out the day. I will keep you posted on my progress here :)
Stretching is a great way to lower the risk of injury! Also, it is a method used it producing strength. With that being said, this challenge is to stretch out a little bit after each exercise you do per workout for two weeks. It may seem easy, but for most of us, half the challenge is remembering... Good Luck!
Stretching it Out Challenge rules
- Stretch after each exercise you do during every workout

“This one is really easy and a cheat for me, I've been stretching out for a long time, religiously after every workout, because my muscles used to ache the day after a tough work out. Then I heard if you stretched out you would drain off lactic acid, and no more aches. I tried it, I don't know why, but it always works!!!”
