Adriano R And TODAY marks Day 90 on P90X. I still have a bit of a gut but in the last 90 days I have dropped 12 lb 4 inches on my waist and see more definition in my legs and arms. I am going to take next week off and start P90X again on June 1st. Odd Birthday Present for myself.

Marla M Into day 32 today. I'm really starting to see results now. My weight has actually stayed the same but I've lost an inche and a half in my hips, gained 1/4 inch in my biceps, and my mid section feels tighter.
Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
