Suitcase Medicine Ball Crunches 20

Suitcase Crunch Lie on your back with your legs straight. Use both hands to hold a medicine ball above your head and barely off the floor [A]. Simultaneously raise your torso and bend your right knee toward your chest as you bring the ball over your knee and toward your foot. Reverse the movement and repeat, this time bending your left knee.

Suitcase Medicine Ball Crunches 20 Challenge rules

  1. Use a medicine ball at least 3kg for this exercise.
  2. 10 reps per each knee crunch (ouch, knee crunch does not sound right, but you get the idea).
  3. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
