Pepper P I had a very nice and relaxed run in the evening on Sunday, fresh air, and energy was back ;). Now the new week can start :).
The weekend has come and almost gone! You might of had company, done home improvements, or just spent time with the family...but you didn't get a chance to get in a run yet! Finish off the weekend on a energetic note...with a run, any distance!
Sunday Evening Run Challenge rules
- Don't let the weekend pass you by with out getting in your run!

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
