Sunday Run 6+ Miles Challenge rules

  1. Prior running does not count, the challenge must be completed sometime after Aug 19, 2012.
  2. DO NOT mark this complete unless you actually do the challenge and post your training data!
  3. You may however add them to total a longer distance! (e.g 2+3 = 5 miles)
  4. Not all types of physical activity are suitable for everyone. Users take Challenges and training advice at their own personal risk.
