Jessica B OOOOh over an hour of pushups squats burpees chair dips etc.... took a bunch of workout tribe challenges and combined them for one big tough workout.... NO PAIN NO GAIN :)

Louise F 30mins of swimming this morning - harder work than usual as it's my first day back in the pool since surgery - am only allowed to do front crawl (not even allowed to tread water until next week!)
