Swimming is great exercise. This challenge is for those that have just started swimming or are getting back into swimming as part of an all round fitness regime or maybe getting ready for a Tri. You can use any stroke but should aim to complete the challenge within the allotted time

Lena L I had originally planned on doing the 500m challenge. But I did my math wrong and ended up doing 25x50m. Better more than less :)

After circuits I have certainly hit the road running with this challenge..Went to swim fit and completed 10x 25m frontcrawl -5 sec decrease each lap.30 sec rest.10 x 50m decrease 5 sec 1min rest front crawl /breast stroke and then10 x 75 m decrease 5 sec with 1.30 min rest ..couldnt complete the board as the last drill was 10 x 100m and I was shattered..I havent completed anything like this for over 30 years when I swam at port of Plymouth with Sharon Davies and the Kelly twins..I was pushed and I will go back in two weeks time but in a slower lane and also after another set of circuits,,,Bonkers I am ...happy and fit ...now off to bed zzzzzzz.xtt

Why not ask for some advice from other Challenge takers, or read some of the Challenge guides first?OK, I'll keep working at it!
