Swimming is great exercise. This challenge is for those that have just started swimming or are getting back into swimming as part of an all round fitness regime or maybe getting ready for a Tri. You can use any stroke but should aim to complete the challenge within the allotted time

Training for the following exercises will be automatically logged against this Challenge:

Graham H just realised i did this on Thursday 25th in the swimming pyramid the last set was 20 lengths of a 25 mtr pool which is 500mtrs
André V Went to the pool this morning with my boy's. There I managed to swim 500 meters with breast stroke. After an hour I did 200 meters with 100 meters speed swim. Feeling good and had fun with the boy's.
Nocturnal R Didn't really check my time but I'm quite sure that it is within 20min as I did 600meters.
Lena C Since I went in the water I might as well do this too. Last yeard 250 to prove to my son I could. TS got me to take it a bit further.
